Step 1.

Marketing Strategy Workshop

In order for our team to understand your marketing requirements, we must meet with you to discuss your business and learn what your goals and objectives are. This workshop will set the foundation for developing your marketing automation campaigns and the design of your CRM sales pipeline in order to capture and detail the proposed use case for your business.

Step 2.

Validate Requirements and Sign Contract

Once our team has gathered and validated your requirements, we begin drafting the scope of work (SOW) and Marketing Strategy documents that will provide our digital transformation team the understanding and clarity they need to develop your marketing and CRM solution. Once confirmed, we will send a contract for sign off and begin our work.

Marketing Automation Setup and Configuration

 *It is optional to have both marketing automation and CRM or they can be stand-alone services.

 

Let's get to work!

Our digital transformation team will begin the process of setting up your Active Campaign marketing automation campaigns and configuration of the settings including the integration of tracking scripts into your existing websites and social media channels. Create lead lists and then import all existing contacts into the relevant lists. Lastly, test the workflow is set up correctly and activate the automations. Optionally, you can hire us to also design your emails and insert them into your automations.

  1. Gathering all necessary client website links and URL's related to the project.

  2. Opening a new client Active Campaign account. (if one is not already created)

  3. Configuration of the settings in the administration dashboard of Active Campaign.

  4. Integration of tracking scripts into your existing websites and social media channels.

  5. Design and creation of the marketing automation triggers and schedules.

  6. Design and creation of the emails to be inserted into the automations. (Optional)

  7. Test the workflow and emails are set up correctly and triggers are working.

  8. Activate the campaigns and go LIVE.

CRM Setup and Configuration

Our digital transformation team will begin the process of setting up your Pipedrive CRM or logging into your existing account and start configuration of the settings including the creation of your sales pipeline and sales process stages according to your requirements. This includes cleansing or importing your existing contacts into your sales pipeline according to the stages your customers are in.

The Pipedrive CRM setup and configuration stages include:​​

  1. Gathering all the existing contacts and cleansing the data to be imported.

  2. Opening a new client Pipedrive account. (if one is not already created)

  3. Configuration of the settings in the administration dashboard of Pipedrive.

  4. Identifying and labelling contacts based on required segments and populating CSV spreadsheet.

  5. Uploading and importing existing contacts list into Peipdrive contacts list.

  6. Creation of sales pipelines and deal stages.

  7. Arrange the contacts into the correct sale pipeline stages.

  8. Test email notifications and setup inbound automation processes. (Optional API automation)

  9. Cross-check all options and settings and go LIVE.
