Contractor Network Code of Conduct

Our contractor code of ethics and business conduct outlines our expectations regarding the behaviour of our contractors towards other members, customers, stakeholders, and society.

Our company stands for the core values of synergy, honesty, and integrity. As such, we expect all organization members to be directed by the same values in their commitment, judgment and behaviour towards company staff and clients.

Open communication and expression should be guided by the desire for a respectful, safe, and collaborative working environment both online and in-person.

This policy applies to all organizational members regardless of project size and employment type.

Compliance with law

Contractors must work to protect the company and its legal interests by complying with all environmental, trading, safety, and privacy laws.

Safety in the working environment

All contractors should respect their colleagues, supervisors, and customers. Any discriminatory behaviour or harassment will not be tolerated.

Contractors must show integrity and professionalism in every aspect of conduct, including matters involving absenteeism, tardiness, and ethical compliance. Contractors should project the company’s commitment to professionalism and strive to provide the highest level of service to the company’s clients.

All contractors should fulfil their work obligations with integrity and respect toward our clients. Members are discouraged from accepting gifts from clients, or business partners for the benefit of another party. We are all expected to avoid any personal, financial or other interests that may interfere with the quality of work delivered.

Care for the physical and online working environment

Contractors should treat company property including digital content, third-party software systems and their physical working environment with respect and care.

Disciplinary Actions

Contractors who repeatedly or deliberately fail to follow our code of conduct will meet an appropriate disciplinary action to ensure the company code of conduct standards are met.

Following a clear warning, contractors who persistently show immoral behaviour may face reprimand, suspension, and/or termination of their access to working on company projects.

Legal actions may be taken in cases of theft, embezzlement, corruption, and other unlawful actions.
